Trauma-Informed at Its Core
Every element of this training is built with trauma-awareness woven through it. You will learn how to recognise when someone needs more than coaching, how to hold sessions safely, how to avoid harm, and how to support nervous systems, including your own.
Spiritual without bypassing
We go deep into energy work, soul exploration, ancestral themes, moon cycles, and mystical tools, but never at the expense of grounded, practical reality. You will not be trained to gaslight clients with "everything happens for a reason." You will be trained to actually help them.
Ethical Foundations built in
Scope of practice, informed consent, boundaries, dependency, safe client relationships — these are not afterthoughts here. They are foundational. Because the world doesn't need more practitioners who accidentally cause harm with good intentions.

A Glimpse Inside the Programme
Twenty-four weeks is both shorter than you'd imagine and richer than you'd expect. Here is a flavour of what we explore — though there is far more inside than can be captured in a list.
FOUNDATIONS & SELF
Before you can hold space for anyone else, you need to know your own ground. This phase is about roots — energetic, emotional, and ethical. You will explore grounding, protection, spiritual hygiene, your own nervous system, and the foundations of ethical practice. You will also begin your personal practice framework, because how you practice is how you teach.
WEEKS 1 - 6
THE INNER LANDSCAPE
This is where it deepens. We move into the more expansive territories; intuition and discernment, shadow work, soul activation, past life exploration, karmic patterns, and ancestral themes. You will be doing your own inner work here, not as a passenger but as a practitioner in training. The work is rich, layered, and at times, quietly life-changing.
WEEKS 7 - 12
TOOLS, SKILLS & CLIENT WORK
Here we bring together spiritual tools with coaching methodology. Pendulum work. EFT tapping. Moon work. Astrology basics for coaches. Meditation facilitation. Soul retrieval. Nervous system awareness in practice. You will begin your supervised client practice hours and start to find your practitioner voice.
WEEKS 13-18
PRACTITIONER, BUSINESS & CERTIFICATIONS
This is where everything lands. Client journey design, ethical frameworks in practice, pricing and packaging, offer creation, marketing with integrity, and your certification requirements, including case studies, practical examination, and final assessments. You leave not just trained, but ready.

Weekly Self Study
Each week you will receive structured learning content, tools, and integration practices to work through at your own pace within the week.
Live Weekly Masterminds
Every week, we meet live as a group. This is where you ask questions, deepen your understanding, share your practice, receive feedback, and build community with other women on this path.
Personal Practice
You will have structured personal practice built into the programme. Practitioner training begins with your own inner work.
Client Practice
Supervised and structured practice with real clients (or willing volunteers) to build your confidence and practical skill before certification.
Assessments & Case Studies
Learning is assessed throughout, including written case studies and a practical examination to ensure you're genuinely ready to work.
Certification
Upon successful completion of all requirements, you will receive your Embers of Life Spiritual Life Coach Certification.

WHAT IF IM INTUITIVE BUT NOT CONFIDENT? Then you're probably exactly who this is for. Confidence in this work is built through proper training, ethical grounding, and real practice — not performance. Many of the women who begin this programme are deeply gifted and deeply unsure of themselves. By the end, that changes.
WHAT IF I WANT THE SPIRITUAL SIDE BUT I ALSO NEED STRUCTURE? That is precisely the balance this programme is designed to hold. The spiritual work here is rich, deep, and real. And it sits within a structured, progressive curriculum that never leaves you wondering what to do next or how to apply what you've learnt.
IS THIS THERAPY? No — and this is important. Spiritual life coaching is not therapy, and we train you to understand that distinction clearly. You will know where your scope begins and ends, how to signpost clients to appropriate support, and how to work ethically within your role as a coach.
HOW MUCH WORK WILL I NEED TO DO? You should expect to give around 4–6 hours per week to self-study, live sessions, personal practice, and (later in the programme) client practice hours. This is immersive training, not a casual scroll-through.
WILL I ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO WORK WITH CLIENTS AFTER? Yes — that is the entire point. By the time you complete your client practice hours, assessments, and case studies, you will have hands-on experience, ethical grounding, and a real framework for your work. You will not be handed a certificate and waved off into the void.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SPIRITUAL COURSES? Most spiritual courses teach you content. Embers of Life builds practitioners.
